A cargo pump device reduces first cost or running cost, and prevents crack generated by vibration of the cargo pump. A cargo pump device sets up a cargo pump room(31) penetrated from the hatch of the upper deck(23) to the lower stool(19) inside. One deep well pump is arranged at each cargo pump room. A cargo inlet passing through the slant wall of the stool is installed. A cargo discharge tube is connected to the discharging part of the deep well pump via the inside of the cargo pump room. The cargo inlet in the cargo pump room is fixed through inserting the expansion pipe or the deep well pump.
