A precise safety check-up apparatus for a connection part of water pipes is provided to inform the connection part of water pipe is twisted or bent by the external shock to an administrator. A precise safety check-up apparatus for a connection part of water pipes comprises front/back safety diagnosis plates(10,10a) located on the outer surface of flanges(61,61a) of water pipes(60,60a); inside diagnosis elements surrounding and sealing a through hole of the front back safety diagnosis plates in which a fastening bolt(62) and a nut(62a) are located; a fixing element(30) fixing the adjacent inside diagnosis elements to maintain the circular shape of the front/back safety diagnosis plates(10,10a); outside diagnosis elements adhering the front/back safety diagnosis plates by the elasticity of a spring; and an indicator(50) which shows the deformation of the flanges of the water pipes.
