An ultrasonic cleaning device is provided to improve the productivity through the collective automated process and to prevent the cleaning solution which is harmful to the human body from being exposed. An ultrasonic cleaning device(100) includes a loading part loading a cleaning material; a viaduct transfer unit(104) moving the loaded cleaning material; a cleaning part cleaning the cleaning material loaded on the viaduct transfer unit by immersing it the cleaning solution; a drying part moving the cleaned cleaning material loaded on the viaduct transfer unit and drying the cleaning material; and an unloading part(112) unloading the washed and dried cleaning material.
