An apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting endoscope is provided to sense whether the drug tank is wholly supplied with the drug solution from the drug solution cassette or not. An apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting endoscope comprises: a drug solution cassette having a supply opening in which drug solution is poured and supplies the drug solution; a mounting unit(40) to which the drug solution cassette is detachably mounted and supplies the drug solution of the drug solution cassette; and a drug tank making undercurrent of the drug solution supplied from the drug solution cassette mounted on the mounting unit through the mounting unit. The mounting unit comprises blade parts(2,3) having the sensing function compulsively opening the supply opening of the mounted drug solution cassette, and of detecting whether the drug tank is supplied with the drug solution from the supply opening opened.
