<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device configured to render recorded data unreadable in a predetermined time that can arbitrarily set the start of data reading. <P>SOLUTION: A memory module 1 comprises a timer counter 13, a memory control part 14, a memory 15 and a radio tag 16. The memory control part 14 keeps data written into the memory 15 readable only while the timer counter 13 counts.
