<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new class of masked isocyanates satisfying requirements relating to melting points, glass transition temperatures (T<SB>g</SB>) or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This invention concerns an isocyanate composition at least partially masked, and characterized in that it is masked by at least two kinds of agents, one of which has a non-carbon carboxylic functional group.
