<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image transmission apparatus which prevents considerable degradation in transmission quality such as freezing of a moving image even when a radio wave emitted from an emergency automobile is interrupted by a utility pole, tree or building in a new communication system for emergency automobiles. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission signal generating section 12 of the moving image transmission apparatus 1 mixes a format-converted moving image signal and a high frequency signal sent from a high frequency signal generating section 13 and generates a high-frequency packet signal for transmission. A transmission signal control section 15 stops transmission of the packet signal transmitted from the transmission signal generating section 12 to a transmission signal amplifying section 17 on the basis of an obstacle detecting signal from an obstacle detecting section 14 and sends the stopped packet signal to a temporary storage section 16. Furthermore, the transmission signal control section 15 reads out the packet signal having been stored in the temporary storage section 16 on the basis of an obstacle cancel signal from the obstacle detecting section 14 and resumes the transmission of the read packet signal to the transmission signal amplifying section 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
