<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization of a developing device, and to prevent uneven density and image missing due to developer bias resulting from the miniaturization of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device is configured to stir and convey the developer through the use of two screws.
