<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a water heater is conventionally large in a loss in waste heat since water is heated by converting electricity and gas into heat energy. <P>SOLUTION: The water is heated by using a microbubble (bubble) generating mechanism and a characteristic of its microbubble. Bubble collapse (implosion) is supposed to locally generate the high temperature near to the sun surface temperature. Though there is still a room to be made clear, the water can be directly heated by a microbubble generation/collapse phenomenon as an actual phenomenon.
