<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask manufacturing method, mask and mask manufacturing set, reducing wearer's load by decreasing the pressure to the nose and the periphery of the nose. <P>SOLUTION: According to the invention, a frame member dipped in hot water to be deformable is applied to the face of an object person of mask manufacture to surround a covering object region, and fitted thereto, and a filter member 20 is fitted to the cooled and hardened frame member 10b to manufacture a mask 1. Even when the whole of a mask body is strongly pulled by a head band or the like, attraction is absorbed by the whole frame member, so that it is possible to prevent large deformation of a part corresponding to the nose and the periphery of the nose in the frame member 10b.
