<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating coat layer excellent in wear resistance on a piston of a compressor. <P>SOLUTION: Coating liquid is prepared by dissolving 100 pts. fluororesin, 50-400 pts. binder and 0.05-12 wt.% wear resistance adding agent with respect to the fluororesin in a range of Mohs hardness 2.0-5.0 in organic solvent. The coating liquid is applied on an outer circumference surface of the piston 22 of a piston type compressor, and then organic solvent is removed to form the coat layer 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
