PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive capable of performing stable and accurate tracking control by achieving accurate position adjustment of the rotational center of a spindle in a predetermined direction. SOLUTION: The optical disk drive includes a bracket 29 for holding a spindle motor 22 rotated with an optical disk mounted thereon, a base 21 for attaching the bracket 29, an adjusting member 42 engaged with the bracket 29 to move the attaching position of the bracket 29 to the base 21 in a predetermined direction, and an eccentric member 41 rotatably engaged with the base 21, having a rotational center set in the manner of being eccentric, and abutted on the adjusting member 42 by its outer peripheral part to move the adjusting member 42 by rotation.
