PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical analysis method and an analyzer for evaluating residual stress in joining and strength, rigidity and vibration characteristics of a joined structure by a single model, by accurately analyzing a joining time state, when an offset exists in a joining part, and even in the case of large deformation, contact and material nonlinearity, when numerically analyzing a joining state of the structure processed by joining. SOLUTION: This analyzer has a nodal point fixing process of still keeping and displacing a relative position after a fixation, by fixing the relative position while keeping the positional relationship at its time in at least one or more of nodal points of one member and at least one or more of nodal points of the other member, when a distance in the predetermined direction of a predetermined set of the nodal points of a joining part, becomes a predetermined range or less.
