PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-driving device which prevents occurrence of malfunction even if it is dropped to receive strong impact. SOLUTION: The lens-driving device 10 has a spring member 32 equipped with arm parts 320a-320d. Arc-shaped first extension parts 323a-323d, which have arcs equal to or larger than the radius of curvature of a second connection part 322, and meandering parts 328 are formed on the arm parts 320a-320d. The spring member 32 having such composition can efficiently ease and disperse stresses on the arm parts 320a-320d. Accordingly, even when a moving lens body 3 moves in the direction orthogonally crossing an optical axis or obliquely tilts to an optical axis, the spring member 32 is excellent in resistance to oscillation and impact.
