PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main medicine particle which can mask the bitter taste of a main medicine and can exhibit good solubility without relating to the property of the main medicine and without depending on pH in a living body, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide an intraoral disintegrable tablet. SOLUTION: The main medicine particle in which a basic or acidic main medicine particle is covered with a water-insoluble coating film characterized in that an acidic substance for the basic main medicine or a basic substance for the acidic main medicine is contained in the water-insoluble coating film, and the intraoral disintegrable tablet uses the same.
