PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work for connecting a harness trunk cable to an electronic unit. SOLUTION: This vehicular electronic unit mounting structure is provided with an electronic unit mounting bracket 33 comprising electronic unit holding portions 31 and 32 capable of holding an electronic unit 24, and the electronic unit mounting bracket 33 has a mounting portion 34 possible to be mounted on a vehicle body or a vehicle body reinforcing member 22. A substrate portion 54 having a connector portion 51 possible to be connected to the electronic unit 24, a connector portion 52 possible to be connected to the external harness trunk cable 23, and a wiring pattern portion 53 capable of electrically connecting between both the connector portions 51 and 52 are previously attached to the electronic unit mounting bracket 33.
