PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat stably kept in the lateral direction with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This child seat CS is installed in a vehicle seat 3. The child seat CS is provided with: a pedestal 2 fixed to the vehicle seat 3 and having a guide part 21; and a child seat main body 1 having a bottom face 15 and parts 12 and 13 to be guided fixed to the bottom face 15. The parts 12 and 13 to be guided are slidably engaged with the guide part 21, and the guide part 21 is provided with curved parts 21l and 21r. The parts 12 and 13 to be guided, slide along the curved parts 21l and 21r, and thereby the child seat main body 1 is kept in the lateral direction in relation to an advancing direction of a vehicle.
