PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transmission compact and increase the degree of freedom in layout. SOLUTION: The starting clutch is used for a power transmission device 3 equipped with a transmission mechanism 15 for shifting driving force of an engine 5, and a differential mechanism 21 for distributing the shifted driving force to sides of wheels 11, 13.
