PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming mold for bending a workpiece, wherein the number of bending processes for a metallic sheet of the workpiece is reduced to obtain a finished product. SOLUTION: A second rotating cam 31 is provided in a first rotating cam 30, the axis L2 of rotation of the second rotating cam 31 is inclined to the axis L1 of rotation of the first rotating cam 30 and the second rotating cam 31 can be rotated integrally with the first rotating cam 30. The first bent part W1 of the workpiece W formed with the first rotating cam 30 and the second bent part W2 of the workpiece W formed with the second rotating cam 31 are continuously formed at an acute angle. After the lock with the first bent part is released by allowing the second rotating cam 31 to be retreated during rotating, the first rotating cam 30 and the second rotating cam 31 are drawn out of the bent portion of bent parts W1, W2 by which the acute angle is formed at the mode that the first cam 30 and the second cam 31 are retreated while integrally rotating.
