PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a highly flavored tea extracted solution excellent in deliciousness, changing contained ingredients through making raw material tea leaves react on an enzyme solution, modifying tea leaf quality, and subjecting the tea leaves to extraction treatment. SOLUTION: This method for producing the highly flavored tea extracted solution excellent in deliciousness comprises mixing at 1:0.2-1:5 mass ratio, a Pycnoporus coccineus-producing enzyme solution with crushed tea leaves which are made by crushing dried leaves or in a condition of dried crushed tea leaves crushed in a tea producing process, and making the mixture react, and extracting the product in water or hot water. The method comprises performing enzyme reaction to rapidly progress reaction. The reaction enables effective change of flavor component of raw material tea leaves by enzyme treatment, difficult by a conventional enzyme treatment, and the highly flavored tea extracted solution excellent in deliciousness can be produced by extraction treating the tea leaves.
