The invention relates to communication facilities, in particular, to devices for connecting and branching of cables and can be used in laying and repairing of high/low frequency cable communication lines.The technical inventive aim is to develop a T-cable box for symmetric communication cables without any technologic intervals during mounting, and as a result, saving mounting time.The inventive result is characterized in that for restoring electric integrity of cable metal sheathing and connection thereof with armor there used screen connectors arranged at sheathing cuts, said connectors are metal clamps with a locking pin, a conductor, a bus bars, spring rings, mounted on the armor for providing the contact bus bars with the armor. A belt insulation is restored by a polymer band. A copper tinned mesh is used for screening the sheathing cuts, wherein a sealing mastic band is laid between the case and bus bars, steel clamps are used on the outer casing of each cable, the sheathing cut is protected by a plastic housing consisting of two T-shaped detachable elements tightened together by polyethylene rings. The housing and cable sections free of outer case and the steel clamps are wound by a two-layer sealing mastic band and a PCV band with an adhesive layer thus providing the T-branch box tightness. |
