A health supplementary food for improving circulatory disturbance is provided to prevent the symptom due to circulatory disturbance like body chill, chronic headache, dizziness, amnesia, failure of one's memory by lowering cholesterol content in blood, reducing blood clot and preventing the aging of the blood vessel. A health supplementary food for improving circulatory disturbance comprises a soybean oil 100 parts by weight; a fermented soybean 20~30 parts by weight; a garlic oil 5~15 parts by weight; and a gingko leaf extract 2~5 parts by weight. The weight of the gingko leaf extract and fermented soybean is based on the dry weight.
