CHARGING INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND CHARGING INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging information processing method and apparatus that can perform charging processing using a subscriber number for international roaming communication even when the subscriber number is not included in a communication use information file for international roaming communication.

SOLUTION: The communication use information file in which use information of international roaming communication and an international mobile device identification number of a mobile communication terminal used for the international roaming communication are written is received, and based upon the international mobile device identification number included in the communication use information file, retrieval from a subscriber database of a subscription country communication provider is performed to acquire a subscriber number corresponding to the mobile communication terminal used for the international roaming communication. Use information of the international roaming communication included in the communication use information file from which the subscriber number can be acquired through the retrieval is processed to be passed to following processing associated with charging.
