<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safe method for producing a hydrogen-containing reduction beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a hydrogen-containing liquid beverage comprises charging a liquid beverage into a container and blowing mixture gas having a hydrogen cubic volume concentration of ≥0.1% by volume to the airspace in the container to substitute residual air with the mixture gas so that the hydrogen gas in the mixture gas is dissolved in the liquid beverage having a hydrogen partial pressure of 0 MPa to be formed into a reducing liquid beverage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
