<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for relaxing a system configuration creation problem of a radial power system to a problem of a real number variable. <P>SOLUTION: This system configuration creation device shows an ON/OFF state of a branch as a branch variable in a system configuration wherein equipment of the power system is expressed by the branches and nodes, and has a calculation processing part 20 and a storage part 9 storing an equipment characteristic and a load characteristic of the equipment of the power system, and a system characteristic including a restriction value of system operation. By applying a restriction condition wherein the branch variable is relaxed to the real number variable of 0 or 1, a restriction condition of M=n-1+m wherein a total of the branch variables is M, the total number of the nodes is n, and the number of closed loops in the system configuration is m, and a tidal current equation of the power system applied with a system characteristic to prescribed mathematical programming, the calculation processing part 20 calculates the branch variable minimizing an evaluation function including a load factor of the branch or power transmission loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
