<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake device capable of reducing a burden applied to a foot of a driver by preventing retreating of a brake pedal at collision of the vehicle in the vehicular brake device in which an operation oil pressure of the brake device is electronically controlled by an electronic device unit. <P>SOLUTION: When collision is determined at S3 (YES determination), it is transferred to S6. A simulator release valve is controlled in the release state at S6 and it is transferred to S7. At S7, the simulator release valve is released, thereby, control is performed by normal brake control.
