PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building temperature control system saving the space of a heat storage tank, having excellent heat storage effects of the heat storage tank and performing temperature control during indoor cooling and heating. SOLUTION: The building temperature control system is provided with a heat pump 11 for performing at least one of heating and cooling of water serving as a heating medium used for air-conditioning inside a room 3 in a building 2; a water storage tank 12 for storing the water; a water pipe 17 for guiding the heated or cooled water from the water storage tank 12 to an appropriate place inside the building 2; and a heat exchanger 16 for performing air-conditioning inside the room 3 by performing heat exchange with the surrounding area, The water storage tank 12 is installed in a longitudinal hole 23 formed by digging an underfloor ground of the building 2.
