PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the deflection of a roller body having an induction heat generating mechanism arranged inside, independently of the sizes of the roller body and the induction heat generating mechanism. SOLUTION: This induction heat generating roller device comprises the induction heat generating mechanism arranged inside the roller body having a free front end. The front end of a driving shaft 10 is connected abutting onto the rear end of the roller body 1 on the side of a machine 2, and the driving shaft 10 is rotatably supported at its rear end on the machine 2. On the other hand, the induction heat generating mechanism 3 is arranged in the roller body 1 in a suspended condition while being fixed at both ends to the other ends of supporting tools 21A, 23 each fixed at one end to the machine 2. Thus, the driving shaft having a diameter of high mechanical strength is selected independently of the diameters of the roller body 1 and the induction heat generating mechanism 3.
