PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a transmission case while reducing the weight and cost of the transmission case. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure of the transmission case includes: case members 53, 54 which are bulgingly formed to have a storage space for storing a transmission system 16 and which are formed with shaft support portions 53B, 54B formed on the sides of the bulged ends of the case members 53, 54 and relatively rotatably supporting the transmission shaft 43 of the transmission system 16; and connecting flanges 53E, 54E formed at the ends on the side opposite to the side where the shaft support portions 53B, 54B of the case members 53, 54 are formed. A plurality of first ribs 53K, 54K radially extending from the shaft support portions 53B, 54B toward the flanges 53E, 54E, and second ribs 53L, 54L curved at right angles to the first ribs 53K, 54K are formed on the outer surfaces of the case members 53, 54.
