PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a member to be mounted to make do with one type of clip, when the member to be mounted is mounted to a panel member by the plurality of clips in the case when mounting holes for the clips are bored at portions having different thicknesses of the panel member, and when the hole diameter of each hole is the same. SOLUTION: In the structure, the plurality of clips 30 are inserted into a plurality of seats 11 provided in the member 10 to be mounted, and a plurality of the mounting holes 22 formed in the panel member 20 corresponding to the plurality of seats 11 respectively so that the member 10 to be mounted is mounted to the panel member 20 by predetermined holding force. A plurality of the mounting holes 22 in the panel member 20 are formed in a portion having different thicknesses of the panel member 22. A flange 23a is formed around the periphery of the mounting hole 23 at a side having a small thickness so that the hole diameter and the hole height of the mounting hole 22 at a great thickness agree with the hole diameter and the hole height of the mounting hole 23 at the side having the small thickness.
