PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of easily mounting an exhaust intake of a turbocharger to an internal combustion engine in a turbocharger mounting structure. SOLUTION: The turbocharger takes in exhaust gas discharged from the internal combustion engine 2 and supercharges intake air by using energy of the taken-in exhaust gas. The turbocharger mounting structure 10 for mounting the exhaust intake of the turbocharger to the internal combustion engine comprises: a cam lever 11 rotating about a rotation center and pressing a flange part 3 extending over an outer periphery of the intake against an outer wall of the internal combustion engine; a shaft 12 mounted to the cam lever 11, extended in an axial direction, and moved in the axial direction to rotate the cam lever 11; and a nut 14 disposed apart from a part where the shaft 12 is mounted to the cam lever 11, for moving the shaft 12.
