PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserve tank capable of preventing air form mixing into cooling water. SOLUTION: This reserve tank comprises a tank main body 10 storing cooling water, an inflow part 23 provided below a liquid surface level L of cooling water in the tank main body 10 and making cooling water flow into the tank main body 23, a flat plate member 35 provided above the inflow part 23 and below the liquid surface level L and guiding flow of cooling water flowing in from the inflow part 23 and heading upward to a roughly horizontal direction or downward lower than the horizontal direction, and an outflow part 24 provided below the liquid surface level L and making cooing water outflow from the tank main body 10.
