PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor portable type private room unit which enables alteration in a habitable room by easily moving furniture etc. in the habitable room without rearrangement. SOLUTION: Casters 6 are installed in such a manner to tumble, at the four corners of the underfloor surface of the private room 1 formed in a box shape, respectively. The casters 6 on diagonal lines at the four corners are linked to one another via a cross rod with a turn buckle so as to tumble. The casters 6 are raised so that the private room 1 can be moved in the state of being lifted from an indoor floor surface.
