PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad plate for a heat exchanger having high-strength, a high melting point and excellent durability, also provided with excellent brazability, and suitably usable as the stock for a tube material, a header plate material and a piping material for a heat exchanger, particularly, for an automobile heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A core material is composed of an aluminum alloy having a composition comprising 0.8 to 2.0% Mn, <0.25% Cu, 0.5 to <1.0% Si, 0.3 to 0.6% Mg and 0.05 to 0.35% Ti, and the balance aluminum with impurities, and in which the contents of Cu, Si and Mg are regulated in such a manner that, in formula; MP=650-28.6C<SB>Si</SB>-11.2C<SB>Cu</SB>-26.6C<SB>Mg</SB>, heat absorption starting temperature (MP) reaches≥605°C. A sacrificial anode material is composed of an aluminum alloy comprising >2.5 to 8% Zn and 0.4 to 1.5% Si, and the balance aluminum with impurities, and in which the average crystal grain size of the surface in the sacrificial anode material is≤0.20 mm in the case it is heated under the conditions where a temperature rising rate from ordinary temperature to 400°C is 50°C/min, and arrival time from ordinary temperature to 595°C is≤30 min; wherein, C<SB>Si</SB>: Si concentration (mass%); C<SB>Cu</SB>: Cu concentration (mass%); and C<SB>Mg</SB>: Mg concentration (mass%).
