PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of surely managing an inventory by a simple method, by eliminating information input operation of a troublesome inlet-outlet in the inlet-outlet. SOLUTION: This refrigerator has an information tag transceiver for transmitting and receiving with an information tag existing in a storage chamber by being installing in the storage chamber, a storage part for storing information associated to the information tag transmitted and received by the information tag transceiver, an outlet period measuring means for measuring time from the outlet of the information tag from the storage chamber, and an initializing means for resetting the information on the information tag stored in the storage means when the time measured by the outlet period measuring means exceeds a predetermined time.
