PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant cappuccino tablet produced to be made to float on espresso coffee and comprising cappuccino subsidiary material consisting mainly of tablet-state foaming solid milk by which a drinker can enjoy authentic cappuccino even at home just only by putting the tablet on the coffee through solving the following problem: ordinary home-use instant cappuccino is initially mixed with milk, and therefore results in having uniform taste from the beginning to the last when drunk, or does not realize a fluffy feeling and a milky feeling specific to cappuccino. SOLUTION: The instant cappuccino tablet is obtained by solidifying foamed milk 5, 6 to be put on coffee. Solidification of the foamed milk consisting mainly of foamed solid milk enables the drinker to enjoy authentic cappuccino even at home just through putting the tablet on the coffee.
