The cell (1) has an elastic membrane (2) comprising a side (3) in connection with a medium and another side (4) turned away from the medium. The membrane is mechanically movable by an activatable moving unit, and a mechanical impulse is transmittable to the medium from the membrane during activation of the moving unit. The membrane is formed as a piezo-element (5), and the moving unit is activated by electrical voltage, magnetic field or electromagnetic field.
