<p>An oil cylinder with oil-electricity mixture includes fixed frames (18), an oil hydraulic system, a ball screw (1) and a vice ball screw (2). The oil hydraulic system is composed of a piston rod (5), a piston (51) and chambers (52). The chambers (52) are mounted on the fixed frames (18). The left end of the piston rod (5) is set hermetically through the left end of the chambers (52). The piston (51) which is fixed around the piston rod (5) is in the chambers (52) and divides the chambers (52) into a left chamber (521) and a right chamber (522) which has right oil apertures making oil flow in or out. The left end of the piston rod (5) connects the right end of the ball screw (1). The left end of the ball screw (1) can rotate spirally through the vice ball screw (2), then move through the left side of the fixed frames (18). The rotation of the vice ball screw (2) is controlled by a motor. The device positions accurately, reacts sharply, responds rapidly, isn't impacted by the resistance change and impulse of the work object, adjusts speed range widely, and solves the problem of fluttering effectively at low speed.</p> |
