Breads using grain powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prepare breads using various cereal powders including rice and barley besides wheat with the same process as the bread using wheat flour even though it does not add the special additives. Breads using grain powder is prepared by kneading a mixture containing cereal powder having the granularity size of 160 - 240 mesh, egg, the sugar, salt and milk. |
