The invention relates to a plastic crate (1) which is preferably used as a drinks crate and comprises a bottom and four peripherally arranged lateral walls (2). The crate is produced, by injection moulding, from at least one first (2b) and one second plastic material (2a, 2c) having different colourings, and comprises at least one raised part (10) or recess on the outer side of the lateral walls (2), produced from a different plastic material to that of the surrounding lateral wall.
