An apparatus structure for removing foreign materials of a sorting aggregate system can prevent the deformation or the damage of the foreign material storage structure even if a payloader of a forklift enters the inside of the foreign material storage structure and impact is given. An apparatus structure for removing foreign materials of a sorting aggregate system comprises a foreign material storage structure(3), a crusher(7), and a gate(6). The foreign material storage structure includes an opening; a frame wall part(1) with three faces formed of a specific material like steel framework; a foreign material storage(2) loading the foreign material; and a bottom part formed of a specific material such as concrete and steel sheet. The gate is formed on the bottom side of the foreign material storage structure so that a payloader(5) of a forklift(4) enters.
