An apparatus and a system for providing a wireless network service are provided to perform bidirectional user voice transmission/reception according to a unidirectional audio signal transmission and a mode conversion without frequency collision. An RF module(700) receives a high frequency signal by a time slot with a predetermined size from a master device as a first frequency. A modem(702) demodulates the high frequency received as the first frequency to a baseband signal. An audio codec(708) decodes the baseband signal according to a preset algorithm. A controller(704) controls the RF module to change the time slot, transmit the user's voice to a wireless terminal of other user as a second frequency according to a mode conversion request of the user, and receive the high frequency from the wireless terminal of other user as a third frequency.
