An impact absorption guardrail is provided to offset the impact from the vehicles, to suppress damage and to prevent big accident. An impact absorption guardrail is constructed as follows. The impact absorption guardrail the joint groove is formed in the inner side of the safety fence. The joint hole is formed in one side of the pillar support stand(200) of "H" beam shape. The safety fence(300a) be connected in the pillar support stand, the through-hole in which it penetrates through the central part is formed. The noise-damper(400) in which the high-strength spring is inserted into the through-hole is equipped. The high-strength spring inserted into the through-hole of the noise-damper through the joint groove of the safety fence is passed through. The joint hole of the pillar support stand is passed through and the slot hole bolt connected by the nut is equipped.
