<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection structure of a noise preventing element in a power tool extending its life by being protected with an elastic body. <P>SOLUTION: This power tool consists of: an electric motor serving as a driving source; a power transmission section housed in a housing 1 for transmitting power from the electric motor to a front end tool; and the noise preventing element 7 for preventing the occurrence of noises from the motor. The noise preventing element 7 is elastically supported by the elastic body 8. Since the noise preventing element 7 is elastically supported by the elastic body 8, vibrations that occur when the power tool is used are absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic body 8, and the life of the element 7 is extended by being protected from the vibrations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
