摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor in which a route for a filler to be injected into magnet insertion holes is easily secured, and to provide its manufacturing method, and an electric vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor comprises rotor cores 131, is configured by stacking first plate members and second plate members and has first magnet insertion holes 1311 and second magnet insertion holes 1312 located outside in the radial direction to the first magnet insertion holes 1311, magnets 132, which are inserted into the first and second magnet insertion holes, and resin portions 133, which are injected into the first and second magnet insertion holes. The first plate members have first and second holes constituting the first and second magnet insertion holes.
