<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet with a high magnetic flux density in an industrial scale. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet comprises a series of steps of heating a slab comprising, by mass, 0.02-0.10% C, 2.5-4.5% Si, 0.01-0.15% Mn, 0.001-0.05% S and/or Se, 0.01-0.05% acid-soluble Al, 0.002-0.015% N, 0.0005-0.10% Te and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, at ≥1,280°C, hot-rolling it, annealing a hot rolled plate, cold-rolling it to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet having a thickness of a final product, subjecting the same to decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing, applying an annealing separator essentially comprising MgO onto the surface of the steel sheet and subjecting the same to finish annealing. At the finish annealing, the average temperature rising rate of a coil between 950°C and 1,150°C is adjusted to 3°-20°C/h. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
