<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe capable of safely and effectively administering a medicinal solution. <P>SOLUTION: The viscosity of a hyaluronic acid solution is set to be sufficiently higher than that of a lidocaine solution. When the discharge of lidocaine is terminated, force f(N) required for allowing the hyaluronic acid solution to flow out from the distal end of a syringe needle 14 is rapidly increased, so that a treatment person feels a certain kind of impact on his hand or a sense that a plunger 12 comes to rest for a moment. When the force f(N) required for discharging the lidocaine solution is made to be P<SB>1</SB>and the force f(N) required for discharging the hyaluronic acid solution is made to be P<SB>2</SB>, the relation of P<SB>1</SB><P<SB>2</SB>is obtained.
