PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element wrapped body wherein sticking of an optical element or a support body to a wrapping member can be suppressed.

SOLUTION: An optical element wrapped body is provided with one or two or more optical elements, the support body supporting the one or two or more optical elements and the wrapping member, wrapping the one or two or more optical elements and the support body. The one or two or more optical elements and the supporting body form a layered body, and at least part of a surface where the wrapping member is brought in contact with the optical element or the supporting body is a roughened surface.
