PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a temporary data area just for a size which a function block uses as a work memory without referring to a temporary size table area. SOLUTION: Function block call processes 17a, 17b, ..., 17m and function block recovery processes 18a, 18b, ..., 18m hold temporary sizes 27 and 28 used by function blocks 16a, 16b, ..., 16n as a work memory inside as fixed data, and, when calling the function blocks 16a, 16b, ..., 16n, call the function blocks call processes 17a, 17b, ..., 17m where the temporary size 27 corresponding to one which the function blocks 16a, 16b, ..., 16n use as a work memory is stored.
