PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust particulate measuring device of an internal combustion engine whereby measuring accuracy is improved. SOLUTION: This exhaust particulate measuring device has an oxidation catalyst 73 arranged in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine, a heater 71 burning PM deposited on the oxidation catalyst 73 by heating the oxidation catalyst 73, a temperature sensor 72 detecting the temperature of the oxidation catalyst 73, and an ECU 4 estimating a deposit quantity of the PM based on the temperature of the oxidation catalyst 73 in combustion of the PM.
